Taking one with Reshade or Nvidea capture doesn't do that, so you have to get it right before you take the pic. It's why I don't do lace outfits anymore, because it doesn't blow them out and make the lace noticeable it just looks like I am wearing a black shirt.
Speaking of lighting effects during screenshots, I thought this wall light would make an interesting backdrop. The first time I tried it, despite everything looking ok in-game, in the picture the other two people ended up looking like their skin is charred black. I tried it again after reloading the game but it didn't recur. Reflections are still done, but for some weird reason the skin becomes darkened. On the technical side, the other Anons are probably on to something. Easiest way for me to fix it is to delete (or turn off) all the light sources spawned with Charli and exit PM, then wait for the in-game lights to stabilize again. Worst case scenario reloading a save helps too as it did for you

I don't think I will ever go back to Skyrim or Fallout 4, but the depth and variety of modding you can do to those games is staggering compared to what you can mod currently in Cyberpunk.
