I am still not sure whether to go wand/bow or wand/staff as a healer.The bow has more heals, but I'm not sure how necessary the heal over time spell is, given that the wand already has lot of healing. Is it overkill for future content? Who knows.Staff is just convimenient and does more damage, makes doing contracts a whole lot easier. I'd rather fireball three enemies and kill them from burn/curse synergy compared to shooting mobs with an arrow with high cooldowns.I guess what I'm trying to ask is, is bow healing actually necessary and should I just save myself the headache from doing contracts?

I don't care about PvP at all, I'm an instanced content and theorycraft andy. I can do PvP if it's fun and all, but I'm not interested in it by default. I tried the beta and didn't enjoy it. I have the game downloaded now and hit level 12 or 13ish using GS+SnS. It feels OK, but the story and questing are beyond mediocre and I don't see any cool fashion or things I can grind/strive for. Is all the fashion going to be cash shop only? Is someone interested in PvE just not going to enjoy this game? I think I like GS most as a weapon but don't really wanna use SnS with it and tank as I find SnS thematically very boring. No other weapon combos suit my fancy. Xbow seems cool but none of the recommended weapons to go with it I find fun. Advice?

Bros please help me. I'm a late starter and I am level 30. I tried out the new dungeon with the chimera boss and all my groups are getting destroyed by it. The fireball you're supposed to body block, but when I do it I take so much damage I basically did instead. What's the point then? Also when he does his large AOE the grapple point doesn't seem to do anything, and I get hit like 3 times by then anyways. And the poison puddles seem almost impossible to avoid, also doing a lot of damage. Basically our healer has zero chance of keeping up. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, but it's impossible.

Does food that gives +50% EXP not work on fishing? I tried caught a largemouth bass with and without the exp food buff and it said 132 xp in chat both times.
