the first dungeon is too hard... too many locked doors and its so long I'm already on my second day and the enemies just instantly kill me after they ambush me. If you're using the taunt regularly that means you're on the defensive and have given up initiative to the enemy. Through a lot of the cathedral I ran some combination of healer/mage/brawler/warrior. Knight is good but mostly depends on synergy skills for damage and there's not a lot of piercing weak enemies there.

Gallica and Junah mess up the delivery of their lines often due to inadequate voice direction (and some others do too, like Heismay, but the aforementioned two have it worst). Strohl and Hulk start off a little meh but I genuinely feel like their performance has gotten stronger mid-game and I've become fond enough of their voices that I'm enduring Junah's performance for theirs. Some other voices feel like they were miscast when compared to the JP voices, but it doesn't ruin the experience for me. The Welsh accents are novel.

>>498767010If you wanna embrace the path of Merchant MC you should start by grabbing Wizard’s Magic Shield, the passive that gives you MP if you’re buffed, letting you effortlessly support ally synthesis while you use gold or items. The other two inherits (assuming you’ve yet to unlock Tycoon yet) can be whatever best fits your comp but if you want to deal damage, you’re in a tight spot since Magic can’t crit and doesn’t benefit from your LUC bonuses but most elemental attacks let alone AoE elemental are magic not physical until you hit Elite. This means you either grab element phys coverage from the Commander line (which inflict ailments therefore getting more value from Merchant LUC) or you use physical multi hits from Warrior early game and then Sniper mid game, possibly taking Pugilist’s crit passive or Commander’s Rebellion since crits will help your turn economy + damage of course. If you really want to meme you can take Swordmaster’s Normal Attack passive and use the coin flip accuracy Abacus to pummel random encounters (on stun) with 100% crit chance no resources expended.For your team, I think Dancer/Summoner/Knight/Healer/Faker are all good archetypes that either benefit from Merchant enabling their better synthesis skills or them enabling Merchant
