Stop worrying about str vs mag during the early game, the stat differences are minor enough that archetypes and gear will just overpower stat gaps.Its not until later on when gear starts stagnating that offensive inclinations actually matter.

I think this might genuinely be my favourite Atlus game. Persona is too low stakes and inconsequential and SMT is too abstract and nonsensical. Metaphor being a more traditional JRPG made it much more engaging for me.

Man, this is hands down the hardest boss I’ve faced so far (and yeah, I’m playing on hard). It was only seven levels above my characters, but it felt like it was a dozen. If you're truly stuck, seek assistance, but don't ever consult a guide. It ruins 99% of playthroughs.5) Git gud. The masked dancer/persona master class is such a waste of potential. Like there's some busted accessories in this game, yet you have to waste the accessory slot to even use its gimmick. Ironically its best to just ignore the gimmick, and equip the accessory that consumes less press turns for synthesis attacks because that's about all it's good for. It should have let you go full wild card and swap masks mid battle, even if it consumes half a press turn or something. Maybe with the caveat that it wouldn't have inheritance slots to balance it out.

weakest part of atlus(specifically the persona segment) writing is how party characters during an arc will go "what could this mean" hundreds of times over the entirety of the storyline when the "mystery" is glaringly obvious within 10 minutes for the player. You know there's a baby monster in martira the second they say joanna doesn't have a child, yet they'll still go "hmm, what's going on here" after having read her diary, fought a monster with a pacifier 2 times, etc etc..
