Is android 19 broken? It is in my opinion the harshest DPS race since Piccolo is not a DPS race character. Another thing to consider is to optimize ki, use a super and then use your insta-sparking for burst damage.

Aside from the Yajirobe nerf (I know that he may be difficult to play against but I don't want this game to turn in some balanced, neutered compshit like that shitty Naruto game) this update has been amazing, I find matches quicker than before and the Online delay issue has been improved, I feel that I can actually use the multiple counters when I want to use them and not by accident.We only need a fix for the ragequitting issue and some option to play against other people with a set DP limit (even in singles) and you'll have a solid, online experience for years to come.
