Why does RISC deplete so quickly? If I get an HS starter corner combo + OD wallbreak on an opponent it should fucking kill them. Instead it only does around 70%. Slayer, Sol, Nago, May, Pot, A.B.A and Ky can shit out that kind of damage without RISC and a bar of tension. Some can do it without tension. This is fucking ridiculous.

Im not impressed. Everything shown just looks uninteresting. Dizzy too. My main issue is that it still plays like Strive. Nothing i wanted changed about the game seems to have change. Wall still breaks easily, the transitions still take forever. it still hkd on super so people can do their whack safe jump mix, it still isn't a true neutral reset giving the oppressor positive bonus. Rrc still launches for no reason. Guard crush more rampant than ever. Frc still not a set amount, and doubt the frame windows will be adjusted. Doubt frame windows for ibs or anything else will be adjusted either. And i doubt anything else i wanted will get addressed.None of my characters seemed to have changed in things they need, and the lame characters look even lamer to fight against.
