The tank is the leader of the group, the tank is the player who sets the pace for the dungeon, if shitheads have a problem with that they should pick up a fucking shield and do it themselves. I never flame tanks, I know most people are just doing their best, but it really frustrates me when tanks do stupid shit because they're the one role that absolutely cannot afford to fuck around. At least not too much, if you're in a group you're comfortable with or in really easy content then sure go wild.

It's not just about me being able to sit and take a beating for a long time, but also about mana efficiency for the healer and making sure that DPS can actually do their job without being interrupted constantly. In my experience it's much better to chain-pull than it is to do large pulls. It makes the pace of the dungeon more dynamic and people can help dictate just how fast we go by eliminating high value targets immediately.If all that's left are melee mobs without special mechanics, we can easily keep pulling and move on to the next pack.
