Apparently I have different opinions on what unplayable is compared to my friends. I'm getting random packet bursts where everything in game stops for a second then rubber bands to catch up. I'm getting occasional crashes mostly when loading into a game. I've gotten at 2 black screens on load in too. To me this makes a game unplayable. Kind of like going to a movie theater and sitting in a wet chair. Sure I can still watch the movie but why the ever loving fuck would I? The beta was better than this...

My last COD was MW2019 and was kinda looking forward to getting back into it this time around. The lighting in this game is all fucked up and its extremely hard to make out enemies. Also there's way too much flinch and the penalties for even moving when shooting are insane. Modern warfare 3 was 100x better than this trash. Is it just me or is there latency before every action? Whether its aiming or even reloading. There's like half a second of latency which makes the game feel clunky as fuck. Having an extended mag is basically compulsory now because of how long it takes to kill and because you'll always run into at least 2 people at a time. TTK in bo6 is way longer than mw3. Everything about this game is wrong. The recoil patterns on guns are insane so it makes you lower your sensitivity to compensate, but then the movement is retarded so it makes it hard to track enemies. I used to play on 16 sens on mw3, i had to cut that down to 10 on bo6 but shots are still way harder to hit at range and the flinch causes your aim to fuck off into the stratosphere anyway.

I stopped playing CoD after Ghosts came out because it was straight ass. Migrated to battlefield and then came back for Warzone. I ended up buying MW2 which was my first CoD after a decade. It was a fun game, fun enough for me to grind out the came challenges and actually want to put my time into it. Same for MW3 (which was just MW2 without any of the tactical shit which slowed the gameplay down). I think I'm going to abandon the series againt because of Black Ops 6. Not even Ghosts was this bad. The maps are god awful and the servers are straight ass.

Both mw2 and mw3 have better multiplayer graphics than this game. Hell, bocw does too. 4 years though. I bet we'll find out one day that the game was rebooted after 2 years so they only had a short time to actually develop it. With that being said, mw3 had like a years dev cycle and is still the better game. Granted it built on mw22 and the maps are all remakes of existing designs. But still, 4 year dev time for this pile of poo makes you feel like something went terribly wrong at some point. I mean how can you have 4 entire years to design the spawn system and still manage to fuck it up? Just steal the code from infinity ward or something. It's all the same engine.

I've only played bo6 for 2 nights after work but I'm noticing the weapons feel off. Kinda "dinky" or something. It's hard to tell the difference between many of the automatic weapons. Anyone else just feel underwhelmed?

I've noticed there's no audio cue for when a teammate or enemy readies a lethal or tactical grenade. In mw3 you can hear them pull the pin and you can also hear when the grenade is bouncing on the floor. Bo6 doesn't have that which is really fucking annoying because I keep getting flashed from fucking nowhere when in mw3 you can at least hear it coming and turn away. At least there's still a visual grenade indicator but it's still such an oversight.

Hardcore faceoff massively improved my enjoyment of this game. All the qualms of hit detection, aim, bullet velocity go out the window. There’s something seriously wrong with core, besides the maps.
