I think there could be a very good reason for Doncho to not use her Bloodfiend powers, apart from her own code of honor. It's mentioned at several points in the story that Don Quixote became reviled by a large part of the Bloodfiends due to his role during the war with the humans. Pic related seem to imply that there would be some who would seek revenge. And Sancho being the second in command of basically Vampire Judas would make her the number one target. If the First Kindred of whichever District we were at a particular time has the ability to sense a powerful Bloodfiend appearing in their territory, we would run the risk of having an entire Family descend upon us at the worst possible time.
