The same shit is happening with warlock for a third expansion in a row. Mad tranny forces players to pick affliction and use malefic rapture. It doesn't work because this gameplay loop just don't fit modern encounters and it's clunky overall. Affliction warlock is mid at best while other specs are just sucks ass. They have to buff demo and destro because it somehow works and can deal with some gameplay situations like pure ST, cleave or council fights. They abandon affliction for the rest of expansion and move forward with demo and destro. New expansion is coming and mad tranny forces us to play malefic rapture again.
