Dulcinea would offer a passive that causes enemies to get bleed when clashing with Sancho, just like Sancho has "presence of a second kindred" giving that same effect during her boss fight.Then you have her Sangre de Sancho passive which will enable her to heal on hit when hitting a bleeding enemy (which would be everyone) and that might be on top of her existing self heal on hit Bloodfiends may have if Barber's any indication.THEN you add on her WAW where she'll heal sanity whenever someone takes bleed damage, fitting with how Boss Sancho comes back rapidly from sanity loss with buffs to spare.
