One in which she complains about being a woman when you go to the kitchen to continue the main quest.You also have the forced "she identifies as them now" since it's also part of the main quest.However outside of that you never have to speak with her or do her quests, that means of course she will die and you won't be able to get the cover game armor unless you cheat it in.BUt you can avoid it, with some forced scenes sadly.
