Personally I'd like to see things like showering, sleeping, drinking and eating have a bigger role within Cyberpunk "2" . Your MC should perform slightly worse without sleep, Not showering would make character less likely to agree with you. Drinking should allow special speech options, while drinking too much would ruin some. Nothing too extreme, but slight differences and details.
