I've started playing Bebop and I'm having some success with him, but his hook and bomb feel annoyingly buggy. I'll hook someone and then they'll never end up getting pulled to me about once every 3 games. At least once a game I'll try to plant a bomb on someone and it'll play the sound, but no bomb gets planted. It's frustrating.

What's the best way to go on Kelvin to actually deal damage? I know escalating exposure is good but beam build is kind of dead. Grenades chunk nicely but you still don't end up with big damage numbers at the end of the game. Alch fire is nice but again is just a support item. I've also tried torment pulse and it seems okay. In the situation that I'm WAY AHEAD on Kelvin, I want to be able to semi carry rather than just progress a support build. How do I do this? Gun damage maybe?
