At that point, I didn't feel like going through the game again. I was already fed up with the story campaign. A lot of those hours beyond the 60ish hour mark were a mixture of:1. This was doable on some enemies and bosses to an extent, but it still didn't salvage the combat for me since the combos didn't gel with me, and lacked the freestyling fluidity I typically look for in combos in videogames.3. Playing around with a boss rush mod to practice no damaging a few bosses and mini-bosses just to prove to myself that I could. 4. Grinding for skill points on my NG+ character so that I could actually unlock the entire skill tree, since the skill point acquisition process is insanely grindy at the end of the game.5. At least two attempts at trying to get back into the game with a fresh new game file, but just stopping after only a few hours each time.

Why doesn't wilds have Magnamalo in its roster?This is completely unfair to us rise fans that our favorite flagship monster Magnamalo isn't coming back. He fits wilds perfectly, he's an invader with an epic theme which is something wilds needs and he isn't restricted like Negrinante so he would fit like a glove in wilds system. My favorite part of post-3U monster hunter is how they always feel the need to add a dumb gimmick that buffs the player by a factor of 10 and then the actual content is designed like the gimmick isn't there so instead of evolving the combat the game is just easier unless you vehemently refuse to ever use the gimmick for some reason
