I'm sorry to say this, but he's nowhere as good as Knuckles was Sonic 2. I don't know what possessed them to mess up this badly. If there was a spinoff based on this version of Shadow, I wouldn't care to watch it. And it seems Paramount if aware of this too. Where's the spinoff announcement? One, there's too much comedy. They gave no time to flesh out Shadow's story, but apparently could find a minute or two to force in a shove a quill up Gerald's ass joke. He's just not interesting. And what the hell happened to Maria being sick? 2/3 of the movie was unbearable and cringe until the third act. Sonic is so fucking annoying and is the worst part. The pacing is out of control. Sonic 2 was the better movie. Fuck Paramount.
