Well. I finished my placers and got placed in Platinum 3, which doesn't make sense because everyone in my lobbies was Emerald or Diamond in the last few games. Regrettably, Riot Support has passed me between SEVEN different "agents" in my attempts to get the refund for my Blue Essence, and they still have not been able to resolve the issue. I told them in my last message to send me the details about how to delete my account and remove my date from their records, and that I will be disputing all charges from Riot with my bank. I don't actually have any charges, but I figured that would get me to talk to a person who can resolve the issue. They send me instructions to delete my account and told me they regret my decision. It's a shame, this game really is fun when the match making is even but it never seems to be and the customer service is legitimately terrible.
