If you want practical models for games or maybe 3d printing and want to get up to speed quickly, you're best off with blender and its regular keyboard/mouse controls. It's stable and there's tutorials on how to do any specific thing you want.If you're just curious about 3d art/sculpting in general, it's fine try out the VR modeling apps and see how you like them and even if they suck you'll still learn something. If you do make something good, Expect a lack of tutorials and bugs though, and you'll probably need to also use blender to get the outputs into game-ready form (e.g. retopo and rigging) anyway.unity/unreal are game engines, not modeling programs. Useful to learn but you'll need blender in combination with them.
