It comes with a dynamic defeat addon where you get a white bar on the screen that gradually fills up as you take damage or get staggered which leads to you getting knocked down. Acheron probably runs better but it doesn't have all the cool features of Defeat, like the sack. I'm running it with Sexlab P+ and it's working very well for me. Captial Whiterun and Windhelm add more buildings than Dawn of and the new Solitude overhaul Grand Solitude adds much more to Solitude than Dawn of. Markarth, well that was is both hard and easy to add new buildings too. I know Sky City did, by adding new buildings up the mountain Markarth was built into. Riften stays forever forgotten by town modders, but it's probably due to how compact the city already is, doesn't have much space for new buildings. Best bet to add some more to Riften would be to install the Fantasy Wall mod just for Riften. Gives the illusion of buildings built into the walls that surround the city.

As for destroying your PC, you might be alright, I have a 3080 myself, Solitude can be a little rough on the frames when I first enter the city but that is also probably due to all my retextures and extra NPCs/critters. If Grand is too, well grand even with the Lite patch, Saviik alone should be fine. Riften is a nightmare for me, but I did some testing with my bloatlist and even without town mods I still get shit frames when looking at Riften's market. Has to be a bad mesh or NPC or something. Pure vanilla everything with just ENB i'm fine. Probably won't effect you but I still felt like I should make mention of that. Also, almost no support exist for these mods from other mod authors, aside from a patch for Medieval Markets. The mod author himself has made patches for other town mods and good on him for that, but if he doesn't make the patch that leaves it to yourself to do it or hope someone else does. I realized the thing I hate the most is when my character reaches a high level and the game feels like it's nearing the end. This is why Legacy of the Dragonborn never worked for me since by the time I've collected 25% of the artifacts my character is overpowered even on hard mode, so I end up restarting. So this playthrough I'm going to install mods that slow down the level up process. I'll configure it so it takes months just to reach level 10. Now I just got to find the right mod for this.

Lesser linux anon returning with good news: the problems I was experiencing with MO2 earlier this month were caused by a background update of lvfs. Forced another update and everything magically works fine again. I'm still not sure exactly why that was affecting only MO2, but whatever.
