I guess this is why Loli Vinci can exist in PHH. She sorta 'existed' before they became Lostbelt people. That was the Prologue of Part 2. Everyone in Chaldea is PHH until the Bleaching. Even if the events of the Grand Order doesn't happen, they are existences that are PHH. I assume that stays true for Loli Vinci and Roman, even if Marisbilly dies in HGW because they are part of PHH. Loli Vinci would reset to "a year" lifespan because the time of activation spent in LB never happened. Maybe then Roman raised Mashu like usual since he did when it was still PHH, the circumstances would shift, to accommodate events to avoid the birth of the LOSTBELT CHALDEAS.
