The ending is good, you people are just retarded or shitposters. Every servant you summoned was always supposed to leave at the end, they were summoned to restore the Human Order. The loss of memories is fine because the soul remembers which Nasu essentially just confirmed with Mashu. Daybit remembering the events, at least that they happened, means it wasn't all lost - the whole point is that there is value in the journey because at least one person remembers. And Guda remembers in his soul is how I interpret the ending when he meets Mashu. Olga is alive as we know from Case Files and probably also remembers in her soul. Mashu was probably raised as her sister this time too so she wouldn't be as lonely. It's a happy ending for her. The significance of the Olga death at the end was to show her accepting it and "that" Olga was saved because all she really wanted was for someone to reach out their hand to her. She got that so she left with no regrets or lament. It was a nice bittersweet ending that gave a conclusion for everyone, this whole "they lost their character development" doesn't hold up because the soul remembers the journey and that will obviously impact their lives and how they choose to live it. Servants summoned as well may remember or reference it in future fir the same reason, just as they reference other stories when they're summoned in different works. This is less important though because they all helped you achieve your goal - if you really liked one of them then you can happily interpret Guda knowing about them and having warm feelings for them without knowing why. Though really, it's pretty clear that the canon romance is supposed to be Guda and Mashu. Always has been. Marisbury either died in 2004 or wasn't able to execute his plan, we know Chaldea doesn't exist any more which means all the events of what happened and the trouble that leads to never happens so no issues there. Also they have been telling you all year that "this is the end".
