Finally getting around to playing Sonic Frontiers and wow, Sonic's English VA sounds very odd. Like the voice director said, "We want Sonic to sound like his balls dropped and he wants everyone to know"The acting itself isn't bad, just the direction they went with is markedly different from how Sonic typically sounds. The game itself is aiight so far. I'm only 2 hours in. Boy did they take a lot of inspiration from BotW. Open world, ancient-high-tech-ruins, koroks (kocos), shrines.
