What am I doing wrong? Running all base IDs roughly level 22ish. Story is saying "you should be 27 by now", but the XP farming stages are either a level 20 stage that gives barely enough for one level, or a level 28 stage that rapes my team. Going with the blunt guys (Heathcliff, Mersault, Chinaman, with Faust and Otis as filler) and it's a struggle, feels like it's Heathcliff and Chinaman doing all the work while Mersault rolls tails 10 times in a row and Otis hopes to hit a 50/50 on her teal attack. And everytime I look at Faust she's getting nailed so she can't be that good

Forget about the base LCB IDs.You can get more skill slots for an ID by deploying less than the maximum number of sinners. For example, if you deploy 5/6 sinners, the 1st sinner deployed will get a second slot on turn 2.I suggest only deploying 4 or less, and not deploying any LCB IDs if you can help it. Makes the EXP grind much more manageable.

In the 2nd phase, Rien keeps accumulating Karmic Consequence and he can get sudden bursts of buffs to use his empowered Furioso, getting huge karmic consequence with it too - this indicates Rien kept disregarding the prescripts halfway through the fight. As if either Ryoshu should be let go by then or he wasn't meant to fight as hard.The final scene is like that too. He would recite the prayer which is he refused and then he got the spork that he used to kill himself. If he had a prescript to commit suicide like that, the pager would have just beeped a bit and that would have been it like how he did before the boss fight. But it kept beeping until he killed himself.
