I know that if there were more rare boots on the ground you sure aren't picking them up and IDing them even if there were a million of them on the ground and one was good. Let's say the 1000 pairs of boots instead turned into a Divine Orb, GZ now you go to buy your pair of boots, but how did that person get them?
