It seems like if you double or triple promote too early for instance, you'll have to uphold a high rank for several Trials cycles over the course of weeks or more than a month. Trials makes me want to kill myself. There are people intentionally trying to catch queues just to grief others to prevent them from ranking up. I appreciate PVP, but it's already enough of a chore to find people to do Trials with, then set up kits, the whole works. If it was at least structured in a way that was fair for solos, then I wouldn't feel so bad because it'd be less arduous to arrange for. It should have separate ranks for solos vs trios, but Embark wants to embrace the PvE fantasy while actual Trials grinders will intentionally kill each other to clear space. I'm not angry about being killed, I'm angry that it's completely in conflict with the reality of the Trials playing community AND isn't inclusive of all play styles.
