That's the closest I can give to an answer as I haven't tested the system myself. What seems to be sure is that BG3 has no global Reputation stat like in the original BG saga or faction reputation like in other RPGs. If you're an advantageous type you can try to stack negative Attitude and see if there's a point where all Fists turn hostile on sight for good. I think the standard for getting caught in a stealing attempt is -45.

The overlap between the two is major but "Pact of the Blade" is the best pact by a great margin and it eventually "outgrows" your Hexblade starting subclass feature by an Extra Attack at level 6. (All pacts get further empowered there, the Extra Attack is the own of PotB.) This is obviously a major DPS boom if you're actively playing in melee range. All in all I'd probably go with "Pact of the Tome" instead. The redundancy is too much for me above and PotT's extended spell list contains some real useful additions to your arsenal.

Wyll, Karlach, and Tav are at Wyrm's Rock while the rest of the gang is shopping in the lower city and get stuck in Ramazith tower. There's no limit to your imagination, in theory.It's clear that playing like this isn't for everyone, everyone finds their fun in different ways, but it's incredible that the game allows you to do so. Almost as if... as if you were playing some sort of role-playing game.

If you do you might get long hours of entertainment out of it, not to mention you get to know the game and will be armed with first-hand experience and examples of how the said well-poisoning affected it. Bottom line you usually have the in-game freedom to remove the annoying elements if they bother you that much. Shove the gay gnomes into lava, put the troon circus master into a coffin and bury it in the nearby graveyard, toss the gay refugees into the Chionthar, etc. It comes with a price (lots of hostility and losing access to more content) but it usually can be done. You can also pirate the game if you don't want to support Larian financially. I'm way more critical to BG3 than your average player but there's no denying that it's a pretty unique experience due to it's cinematic nature, high production values, extended player freedom and sheer amount of content. I wouldn't consider it as a masterpiece, more like our generation's Skyrim with less cultural impact; but it's definitely worth at least one playthrough.
