Enemy mReisa cna make that harder since she also counts as a target so generally I'd say I'd only run Saki with Hibiki if I was doing a more tank focused team with self healing. If enemy uses Shun and don't have sShiroko I like running Atsuko/Eimi/Kanoe/sHanako with both Hibiki and Saki since those tanks are healing themselves enough to stay alive without mReisa ideally and Hibiki and Saki and whitle the enemy team down leaving you with more HP at the end.
I think it's a pretty nice clear. Mostly meta, without some esoteric meme students at high UE and all the niche ones are relatively low too.
