She still has no idea who she is and she still relies on external influences to instruct her, except she just swapped being a GNC punk for being a Christian tradwife. The problem remains unsolved, only that the new made-up presentation she adopts is more palatable to the audience. I think the main thing that keeps it hopeful it is the implication that Anon is going to help Lucy salvage the good bits of Fang that she left behind.
