Godra is okish. It's a bulkier but shittier charge move than dragonair/Dragonite. Tpunch is largely worthless on it but it is nice to have kinda...power whip is often better vs waters.

Typlosion is great if it's shadow. Shadow Incinerate is strong and 10 turn Tpunch's are fantastic anti-water tech. Non-shadow just doesn't hit hard enough and relies too much on Blast Burn.

Force Palm stats just dropped:
In PvP, it's a fighting-type version of Dragon Tail except it generates 1 more energy per attack. Probably not better than Counter, but hopefully it'll give Pokémon like Mienfoo/Mienshao something better than Low Kick when it presumably gets it eventually. Might also make Makuhita useful in certain limited-meta little cups if it also gets it.

In PvE on the other hand, it seems to be a strictly better version of Fury Cutter in all but cooldown time (the best charging fast moves for raids), making it a generally better move than Counter for Lucario, especially considering it has one of the best fighting-type charge moves in the game (Aura Sphere).

From what we can tell, yes. You'll probably also be able to give it the move at some point after the event using an elite fast TM, which is honestly fine by me since you only need one Force Palm Lucario for the mega (unless they add Timburr to Rocket encounters in August, I'll be using Terrakions alongside it), Lucario is still great without it, and elite fast TMs tend to be much less important to save for later than elite charge TMs.

One thing I like about Go is that it makes legendaries feel special instead of that thing that everyone gets. You actually get to use them to unlike the main games where they are pretty much restricted to just being used against wild pokemon and trainers.

Xurkitree, Nihilego and Kartana are crazy powerful attackers but on defense I dont know, realistically you could allow all non-box legends into gyms and the defender meta wouldn't really change. Landerous, Celesteela, registeel, and a few others would become popular but thats it. I think it would be cool if they let ultra beasts and the upcoming paradox pokemon into gyms as they really only sit around psuedo level and aren't classified as legendaries. Not sure how to feel about this one. I imagine this could mean we're getting more access to shadow fossilmons, which would be nice assuming Cranidos is included (would've preferred if it was before Moltres's return instead of 2/3rds of the way into Moltres in raids), but the important thing to note is that these late Rocket rotations also usually mean that they're gonna put something really desirable in Rocket admin encounters. For example, they put Shadow Bagon back in Rocket encounters from late-January to mid-March.

Something else they did was they ran Bagon Community Day Classic a couple weeks later. It's starting to seem more and more likely that Niantic is gonna bring back Shadow Beldum and then will run Beldum Community Day Classic a week later which is... honestly kinda underwhelming considering Dusk Mane now makes it obsolete in raids, but I guess I could at least take the time to invest in some Shadow Metagross for my alt. Really hope they also add something like Galarian Darumaka or even Tyrunt instead of just running with Shadow Beldum for the fourth year in a row.

So how rare is Aerodactyl going to be? It's my second favorite pokemon.

I am just now getting into this game for real after going my first raid day(buzzwole). Why does it seem that they want to reduce the amount of progress that can be made during these events?
