I imagine that pretty much nothing here was retained in the final series. Stuff like Friede having a lost brother would have been set up way earlier and him betraying the RVTs as he is now would be an exceedingly forced heel turn. I expect there are still two Terapagos, though one of them being dead doesn't make any sense. I could still happen, concretely setting HZ in an alt timeline from the games and allowing for Ash to return, but at present I doubt that will happen.
