Regigigas has a great moveset and BST. What holds him back is Slow Start.
Back then it made sense make the almost unstopabble behemoth wait 5 turns to move, but now he only is a punching bag to whoever fights him (unless you use a Galarian Weezing or Skill Swap to remove his ability so he can move).
It was the same thing that made Slaking a menace in Doubles. A fast Gardevoir/Shedinja, and a simple Skill Swap, and that was just RETURN TO MONKE: the fight.

I like to imagine that over the many millenia of existence, Regigigas came to appreciate the smaller joys of existing. Maybe it met a nice Trainer, or maybe the other mons in its temple kept it good company.

It would be cool if they retooled Slow Start so it still functions as normal unless an opponent is using a legendary/mythical pokemon, in which case the Slow Start countdown immediately ends and Regigigas gets an omniboost. Make him the godbreaker pokemon.
Even ignoring the myth stuff it would tie in with the manga, where he released himself from his pokeball and goes to town on Arceus' children, throttling Dialga and Palkia with his bare hands and sending Giratina fleeing back to the distortion world.
