I would kill to have Kangaskhan or Exeggutor.You have to experiment with the balance of supporters to see what works best. You might only need one Kangaskhan and that could make some space for supporters. I don't like having too many because with oak in a turn you are locked in and Gengar can screw you over. Erika is great but I don't know if it works in a deck with a single grass Pokemon and one with high HP already. Giovanni can be a 2 of if you make the space for it, with one you have to save it for a killing blow that may never come. Sabrina is also great but I hate being stuck with her when it wont help. Potion, Pokeball, and Oak are essential and I don't know any deck that doesn't run a full set. Remember to oak first when you need a specific basic and pokeball first for when you need card draw. X Speed is nice to counter Sabrina and protect Wigglytuff but in this deck with high retreat costs you might have to commit to keeping your Pokemon on active till they die.If it wasn't clear the main strategy is to keep Wigglytuff on the bench until it comes online. You have to keep it safe and make sure you can counter whichever Pokemon they switch in after it takes something out. Good luck. Threadly reminder to learn how sleep works! It's your wincon.

Just got TWO (2) interactive Mewtwo cards in the same 10 pull, now I have 3. Plus a FA of Giovanni. But of course, not a SINGLE FUCKING Gardevoir. Which is the only reason I still pull Mewtwo packs.
Anyone that plays any deck with an EX in it requires correction. They need to be pinned down and forcibly corrected until they're capable of having fun with a normal deck.

Red card has screwed me over but it has also helped, I think it's most effective in the first 3 turns, otherwise it's more likely to help.The Supporters are 70 pack points each. If you plan to open Mewtwo packs in the future and don't mind waiting you can but Giovanni, like Sabrina, can go in any deck so you're going to need one sooner or later.

I use both Seaking and regular Starmie in one of my decks and it's really nice to be able to try for a high roll on Seaking when there's no real risk, then use Starmie when I really need to get a hit in.

>>56899812It's the same basic idea as a Charizard deck but you don't need to run dogshit cards like Moltres because you have Misty. Put a wall up in front, find your Blastoise, then sweep with your 160 damage attack. Kangaskhan's a good one. Efficient tanks like Starmie (either version), Seaking can be okay. Weezing-Koga is probably a good partner. I'd avoid anything that costs 2 or more energy to attack except Starmie specifically. I generally don't think it's a meta-viable deck because all your good cards get oneshot by Pikachu so you have to go off-colour to find stuff you can play. You can fuck around with pure walls, Melmetal, Snorlax, Chansey, Gyarados, Polywhirl, Articuno ex maybe, I've seen the regular Mewtwo. Stuff that very intentionally will never attack. But you'll lose a lot of games where those cards sit there and do nothing while the opponent sets up.

What Misty does is let you recover if you attached an energy to a pokemon to retreat it out to soak an extra hit and that didn't work, or you had to retreat out the Blastoise for whatever reason and need to build it back up to 3 to win the game.

OK I seriously need to stop playing this game. I've been at it 6 days now. It's really fun and skill intensive. I'm seeing more proper Mewtwo decks (fossils) around today. I wonder if my posting had any effect or if people are figuring it out themselves. I will just be opening packs and checking wonder picks for the next few days, since I have lots of work to do. I'd love to play a tournament that had a larger prize pool and players paid an entry fee. 20-50 bucks per person added up quickly. I entertained spinning up a Discord for such events and using some SWISS software, but honestly I need to focus on my real life, even though it would be so fun. t. Mewtwo fag
