This deck got me a 5 win streak, it feels really solid honestly for something that's not S tier. What do you guys think? I have a lot of success getting Starmie online quick, and the articuno is there for tanking and low cost retreating. Sometimes i can get 3 energy on it late game and go for a para cheese victory. Greninjas just broken if you get it online. I don't think the new vaporeon would even help much.

Ideally Weezing evolves to give you a free poison on the opponent, maybe a tackle, hopefully some Koga tech, ideally into Arbok (Weezing buys time obviously) who traps the injured opponent. Throw in Jiggly Wiggly for desperate sleep stall into threatening sleep+80 damage, it just werks. Although I've been alternating Jiggly and Wiggly for Meowth and Persian, partly to make it a real Team Rocket deck and partly to minimize my reliance on coin flips. The only flip in that case is Persian's shadow claw which is just icing on the shitcake Arbok is about to feed the opponent. Cannot overstate how much I love the old trap and brap.
