Has there been any indication that the current hourglasses won't work for the next expansion? either data mining or sources that are at least somewhat reliable? The only indication that would somewhat hint at that is that the hourglasses are purple which is tied with the genetic apex cover pokemon mewtwo. But then again, the color scheme for the hourglass is shared between the hourglasses and stamina bar, so I feel it's unlikely.

I think that deck will gain things, and some new decks will be made meta (Dark, Metal), but that the current meta decks will still be good. I even kinda think that maybe they made like 1 year's worth of cards, played around in that meta, and then broke up those cards to put into different sets to drip feed us over time.I think Mewtwo is a better deck than Pika, but next expansion is absolutely going to have a good Dark deck that will probably shit on Mewtwo. Pikachu is a good deck, but I think it has slightly lower power level, but it might get new toys in the next expansion. Celebi is maybe about as good as Pikachu, and I think Serperior will probably continue to see use, but I don't think Celebi itself is really that great.

The thing is Tauros has a bunch of issues, the biggest of which is that it only does 40 to a non ex for 3, and 3 is a LOT of energy on this meta.You'll notice that the decks running Tauros only run one copy and also have a mew. The mew fills the same role basically, but you don't want to load up on two prizers. Out of those decks in your list I think the second one is the best because of its speed and consistency only running basics, the last one can also be favorable but it flounders against anything that isn't an ex, and even against some ex decks it's an uphill battle
