I certainly hope there will be an explanation for Terapagos/Rakurium. During the Rakua flashback, Zygarde didn't perceive Rakurium as a threat until it started expanding. However, the turtle perceived it as a threat the second it laid eyes on it.So clearly the turtle either knows something or has a connection to the substance.

Gibeon might dive further into the matter seeing how he shifts the objective for the admins from retrieving the pendant to instead just following them around. He very likely has spent the last 100 years reforming his old group mainly to dig up more about Terapagos and Rakua, one episode being a lore about how it came to be wouldn't be out of the question.
