I have everything from the base sets and 1-stars (excluding Deluxe EX), all on F2P. And apart from Oak and maybe Lisia, I have most of the 2-stars I wanted.

sets are done apart from Deluxe EX. Have every 1* from all sets, but missing like half of the immersives and there isn't much wiggle room to go back and pull older sets as an F2P unless you get extremely lucky on a miniset and finish it early.

Open your community showcases page. The only thing you have to do to be randomly appear in popular showcases is to use one of any binders or display boards that is featured in that section. Right now it is mega charizard y binder, new year pikachu binder, and gold-bronze podium display board. What the game features in popular showcases changes constantly and despite the wording choice of popular, no account is given weight over others. A 0 like account and a 10,000 like one will both have the same chance of being featured so long as each is using something the game considers current
