There's a few games I tried that have issues, but many lesser known ones like Dementium 2 which just display a white screen. I can see some people being disappointed by its limited upscaling support since it only seems to be up to 2X for 3D games, but this is only a real dealbreaker if you're playing on a tablet or a PC. If you're playing on a handheld like the Thor then it's not really a big deal since most DS games are 2D, and the screen sizes are only like 6" and 3.92", you'll be saving on battery life at least and you'll hit the wall of diminishing returns fast. Kingston doesn't manufacture the flash memory themselves. They just buy it (often whatever they can get cheapest that passes some ratings) from other companies and shove it into some housing to sell it. The g8 galileo and the wired m30(with an OTG adapter) is all you need if you actually play games and you don't want to mindlessly consoome the next chinkheld like a woman. I have 36 mastered games on trannyachievements with both of them. The m30 is great for metroidvania and any other 2d platformer. G8 if you're playing 3d. I've mastered Order of Ecclesia a few days ago and I'm currently playing Dead Cells.

I have the 6 button classic and the button sizes are pretty nice for the bottom 3. I map C to A on gb/c games and it honestly feels more like an actual GB to me.

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a handheld that emulates older games well through GBA at least, has good feeling buttons, a nice screen, and solid feeling build quality. Additionally, I like the horizontal layout, versus the vertical gameboy layout. I'm considering the Anbernic RG552 for the screen, but also looking at 505, 405M and 351P.
Wondering if any of these are worth it, and if it is best to order directly from Anbernic or if third party sellers, like Aliexpres, are better.
Additionally, I already have NDS Lite, N3DSXL, and Wii U. Would this just be a redundant purchase?

Didn't notice a second thread so here's my post again

I thought the Thor would be an endgame device for me, but I have too many issues to use it for everything
