If you get any modern flashcart it's less convenient on the DS since it doesn't autoboot (I think this is how the exploit gets around DSi and 3DS?) and instead requires you to tap the game before loading into the menu. If you're bothered by Activity Log tracking on the newer systems this gets really old, really fast because you'll have tens of thousands of hours on one single title because of it.Seriously though, mod your 3DS. No one uses flashcarts on them for a reason.
