There's whole bunch of little details - mechanics, unique gear, bonus locations, NPCs, Lona's "paperdoll" reflects everything she wears but also her mood, injuries, if she got dirty. Lona can do quests to earn her living wage, but also steal, beg or offer whole another kind of services. There is cute moments, and there's dramatic moments, usually associated with one of the named NPC - their characterization is well done just a few pages worth of dialogue still makes each of them feels memorable. Missions and maps associated with named NPC questlines have fair bit of variety.And even becoming walking fleshlight isn't necessarily the end of things, Lona's a resourceful girl Anyway, the game's currently available for free, so give it a try - chances are you either get filtered within first couple hours or you'll be in for a wild ride.

SCU and SUR are supplementary for any personality.Gameplay-wise, you don't need to kill everything, oftentimes it's better to just sneak or run around the enemies. The only times Lona gets in serious risk of dying are walking through several traps in a row, mishandling exposives, some boss fights, and starvation spiral.
