I got trade centers in other markets so I can at least have access. I'm working on diplomacy to get vassals but outside that I'm completely fucking lost. Everything thing was fine one minute then another the court is literally bankrupting the country and the game auto took a bunch of loans. I know I fucked up somewhere but not sure where. This is my first GSG and I've watched maybe 8 hours of guides and none of them even say "You should be doing this, you should be doing that. While you're not doing this, do that etc" Every single one is "just build the stuff with the highest green number", "Here's what all the buttons do lmao". When the fuck am I supposed to work on law reform or grant/revoke privileges from the estates, what's the optimal army/navy composition. for estates you need to balance giving useful privileges and privileges purely to move up the equilibrium satisfaction with taking away the privileges that cause unnecessary power bloat for your estates or have strong penalties. you never really want to dip into negative stability for too long so if a privilege costs 70 stab to remove you should try to get to around that number before revoking it. it also helps if you get your country as communalistic as possible if you have a lot to revoke. use parliament to force law changes through. debt tanks your crown power which tanks your income so you want to get rid of it as quickly as possible.

When you start a new game you have the option between playing a long campaing, which they warn you that could last over 100 hours of gameplay, or the option for an accelerated game, which is meant to let you progress to space much faster wgile maintaining the same game difficulty balance.So you CAN choose if you want to spend weeks playing it or have a faster gameplay.And yea, there is a dependancy on agents, which you do need to level up and specialize in order to have good results, but I find it to be interesting as a game mechanic for a gsg, but that might just be a matter of taste.Regarding the devs not listening, I am far too new to know any better, so I will withold my judgement on the matter.
