As I'm worrying about intense workloads on talents as well as low CCV for indies, a thought just came to me. Seems like nobody can ever really win. Either you join a corpo, you get all of the numbers in the world, but you feel mentally strained and burned out after a while, or you're an indie of some sorts, you're able to do whatever you want really but there's no CCV to show for it.
