Like another anon mentioned, people and girls especially like the Chao Garden. I also put it to if it's a game you're around a LOT, I'd call something like Toy Story on the Genesis a childhood game for me. An above average licensed game that looked great on the hardware, although the RC car levels sucked and hated those.
But it was a great time I look back on, and some games you grow up with will have things that stick with you. City Escape is a perfect introductory level, and everyone will always go to that or Metal Harbor for a fun platforming time. Not so much Security Hall or the driving levels or Tails/Eggman levels.

Its part of 2 things, crippling performance anxiety, because she clearly plays games heavily on her own, or we'd never have 11 hour BG3 streams. She mentioned before how she'd be the type that would silently hang with buds and grind for hours. So part of it, like with singing, is doing it as a "performance", because as we see when she is thinking about just jamming to the tunes, she sings, same now, same with Higurashi. In fact, seeing as she is doing that with us, is actually a good sign, she is that comfortable. I'm also the same guy for both posts and you're right, no one will ever be truly and completely unfazed but it'll be easier to accept/deal with as you say the more she's exposed to failure. No one wants to fail and surely she'll lose motivation by failing, but being a perfectionist herself I'm sure she understands that failure leads to growth. We always quit just before we get where we want to be and I'm sure Nerissa would be no different if she were to try and tackle something difficult.
