Again, he could be the best option there if he suits your tastes but there's some serious tradeoffs when it comes to personal freedom. The BoS is actually arguably a lesser evil in this case since they'll swipe your laser rifles and whatnot but they don't really impose any other demands, as long as it doesn't involve pre-war tech/facilities.Personally my favorite faction is the Followers so I'm fairly biased when it comes to this.
