I think what people need to realize is that Twitch is a slave to it's investors and advertisers. Part of managing a business is sustaining a healthy relationship with both parties and it's a simple fact that investors and advertisers steer clear away from loli content. It's far too controversial and way too much of a grey area to persue in any legitimate way. All twitch is doing is bending over and being as compliant as possible.
