Neuro is a project Vedal and his friends had fun working on. He was just a kid trying to make an AI play OSU. Neuro saved him from slaving away as an engineer but she's just a stepping stone for him. He might be eternally grateful for her creation and might have more complicated feelings about the Neuro-sama project, but this was always meant to be an ephemeral thing. I'm just happy it lasted this long.
