I'm seriously strapped for cash and don't have a GPU. My iGPU is Intel UHD 630. I can save up some money for an RX 580 8GB, but the lack of NVENC and the discontinued drivers kinda scare me.Would it be bad to buy an AMD card if my main purpose is streaming? I don't intend to play any games post 2015 obviously, if it can play old games or do reaction videos or karaokes while my L2D is open that's already good enough and I wouldn't mind the performance penalty of using either AMD's equivalent for video encoding, or use the CPU encoding. As it is I'm barely able to stream at 720p anyways.Although... with processor encoding I am a bit worried as to how that would interact with my L2D tracking, because from what I understand Vtube Studio relies on CPU processing for the face tracking, so I don't know if my CPU itself would still run into the impossible task of managing OBS streaming and Vtube Studio simultaneously in case of CPU encoding.I was also looking into an used 1060 for even cheaper, but am somewhat doubtful because it's NVENC is supposedly way too old at this point... 1630 could be an option too -even though I've read awful reviews about the card- just because I assume it has a lot of recent technologies that could be useful for streaming (like a much more recent NVENC).I don't know, apologies that I'm probably sounding like a tech illiterate. I guess my main questions are, Is NVENC something that would be *necessary* or make a huge difference for streaming as a Vtuber? Could I make do with an store-bought RX 580? Or should I just suck it up and stick with Nvidia for their video encoding? Going by the dozens of GPU comparisons I've done ANYTHING is better than my current iGPU, I just don't know if the current choices would be ok enought for the specific application of Streaming + Vtube Studio.
