If money is so tight that you were worried about being able to afford all holofes days, I'd just go to Mori's sololive and watch Holofes from home.
For Holofes, assuming you go for a week to make it worth it, you'd probably need to budget $1100ish for round trip flights (assuming you're near a hub, more if you're regional). Plus the cost of as many tickets as you can get, and at least an expo day. And then ~$100 per night for hotels and $20~ per day for food, and don't forget the cost of transit tickets ($5-10 per day, they're not that bad).
Don't go to fes if it's only for one fes day imo, I would only fly if you get 2+ stages and an expo day including whatever stage day has your oshi. It's a fantastic trip but it's a ton of travel and stuff to organize.
