Hololive isn't an all ideas are implemented sort of structure, they share a common established ground with common boundary and limit upon which the individual members conduct themselves. They share a common rule of courtesy, lower male collab and avoidance to risky outside connection. A truly liberal structure always runs the risk of dangerous ideas taking hold. Hololive doesn't let its talent do whatever they want, they have set rules and an established culture for each member to follow.In fact, I'd say it's because of the unchecked freedom of the talents that Nijisanji has failed to establish a consistent brand image. For example, male collabs and the intrusion of what is advertised as a girl-only stream are much to the detriment of the fans.
