All I did was seek out a high quality picture of landscape on the web, crop out a piece of the sky, resize it to 2k (with minimal loss of quality since clouds are already fuzzy looking), and change the color. Here's a little example I made up in just a few minutes. Paint.net's basic temperature/tint settings made this work.I'm no artist so it's not a sophisticated method by any means, but it is effective.
