I found a clip of this on Twitter and bookmarked it but then it was apparently deleted so now I'm trying to find the source.

It was a purposely low-quality comedy scene of a Japanese school girl and school boy in a stairwell and the girl trips and falls with exaggerated low quality smoke effects. The boy yells out "Hinako!" and then it pans over to the girl upside down in a very exaggerated sort of scorpion position.

I'm not sure what type of media this came from. Given the low quality nature of it, it could even be just a youtube video or something, but IMO it felt like a comedy movie.
